You can return or exchange any item purchased on our Web site.
All returned items must be received by us within thirty days of the original ship date. We will only give refunds
for defective merchandise and you will be credited only for the product value. Returns for any other
reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items broken during return shipping will not be refunded.
Please note: Shipping charges are never refundable.

| Warranty |
ALEX MARSHALL STUDIOS warrants all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
We do not warrant against normal wear and tear, or damage due to customer accident or misuse. The customer must exercise proper care to minimize any such damage. Natural variations in products are not considered defects. No two pieces are identical and colors and sizes may vary slightly from piece to piece.
Due to the nature of electronic media, color of actual product may differ slightly from pictured. We strongly suggest that you purchase a color sample before you place an order.

| Payment & Tax |
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We only accept
Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay by check please contact us to place the order. All orders paid by
check will not be produced or shipped until the check has cleared.
No sales tax is charged unless the order is delivered in the State of California or the Buyer is a
California resident. |

| Care & Cleaning |
| Pieces are food and residential dishwasher safe. Tougher stains should
be cleaned with soft scrub or similar mildly abrasive detergent.
